About Us

As a successfully teacher and leader in secondary education, I have chosen to found Apex Education Consultancy as a platform to continue my passion for all learners to have access to the highest quality education provisions. I am excited to share my significant skills and experiences to enhance the learning and leading opportunities beyond a single school. 

I have a proven track record over almost 30 years of securing outstanding educational outcomes at state academy trust, state school and independent schools in a range of environments. My particular strengths are in the fields of leadership for improvement - particularly in mathematics and sixth form. I am a strong advocate for using technology to enhance leading and learning. I continue to be an outstanding mathematics teacher practitioner. 

When I'm not working I love getting out and about - sports, dog walks, festivals, theatre, travel - I have even been to the North Pole!
